Okay, Bejing has it going on!

All I can say about the Olympic opening ceremony is WOW! Who knew what Bejing was capable of? Let that be a lesson, never under estimate anyone. I do have two questions...what are they planning to do for the closing ceremony and what's the poor person who is in charge of 2012 Olympic opening ceremony thinking? I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. More blog stuff later...got to get cooking for hubby's birthday tomorrow. For some reason he wants fried chicken and apple pie. I've really never made fried chicken. We'll see how this adventure turns out.
